People needed to know that Wade did not offer sub-standard services, which is a common misconception about agents offering lower commissions. His website clearly conveys this message and people are responding in a positive way.
Wade’s website now appears in the search results and receives an appropriate amount of visitor traffic for this niche.
Leads are up and he can now count on this source of traffic indefinitely (as opposed to paid advertisements, for example).
It should also be noted that the real estate agent market is very competitive and getting consistent online traffic is definitely an accomplishment.
